Exit Consultants is a boutique advisory firm helping business owners unlock value through strategic exits. We guide companies through pre-sale readiness, value-creation planning, and go-to-market execution. We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support client engagements, build financial models, and help drive critical insights that inform strategy and valuation.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain financial models (historical analysis, projections, DCFs, comps, etc.)
- Support due diligence processes by analyzing client financials, operational metrics, and deal structures
- Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and internal investment memos
- Collaborate with partners on business assessments and strategic recommendations
- Conduct market and industry research to support positioning and valuation
- Help manage client deliverables, timelines, and data requests
- Assist in refining internal tools, templates, and reporting frameworks
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, FP&A, or related field
- Strong Excel modeling skills and financial statement fluency
- Clear, concise communication—both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- Bonus: experience in M&A advisory or client-facing work with small businesses
